Publishing Workshop with Julie Marie Wade, Saturday, February 20th at 1pm

FIU Creative Writing's literary journal, Gulf Stream, will host a workshop with award-winning author, Julie Marie Wade, on February 20th at 1pm in the Academic 2 building of FIU Biscayne Bay Campus (Room 110).

Julie pic Julie Marie Wade is the author of four collections of poetry and four collections of prose, including Wishbone: A Memoir in Fractures, Small Fires: Essays, Postage Due: Poems & Prose Poems, When I Was Straight: Poems, Catechism: A Love Story, and SIX. She has received an Al Smith Individual Artist Fellowship from the Kentucky Arts Council, a grant from the Barbara Deming Memorial Fund, the AROHO/ To the Lighthouse Poetry Prize, and the Lambda Literary Award for Lesbian Memoir.

FIU Students with ID - $15 Non-students - $25

All proceeds to benefit Gulf Stream Magazine.
